WHAT IS KRATOM?

What You Need:
Shaker Bottle (20oz or more)
Orange Juice or Cranberry Juice
1 oz Kratom Powder (28 – 30 grams)
- Pour in two to three glasses of orange juice in a shaker. 16 – 24oz. You can also use cranberry juice, or ½ orange/cranberry juice and ½ water.
- Add 1oz of Kratom (28-30g)
- Shake until well blended.
- Take 1oz – 4oz shots (beginners need to start with smaller amounts until tolerance is discovered).
- Refrigerate remaining Kratom.
- Shelf Life – The kratom will stay good for weeks, but if you use juice do not keep over a week.
Toss & Wash
Toss and wash is straightforward and a quick method to take kratom. You toss the loose powder into your mouth and wash it down with a beverage. Be careful when doing this, because the texture of the kratom is very powdery and you can inhale and choke. Start with small amounts of kratom and learn what is the comfortable amount for you.

This is one of the most common ways to take kratom. It’s the best technique if you want to eliminate the taste and making a mess in the kitchen. This is what you need:
- Saucepan with a pouring spout
- Coffee filter or preferably a strainer
- Water
- Your choice of kratom
- 1 Lemon
Pour in 1/2 cups of water into a saucepan. Squeeze the lemon juices into your water to extract more alkaloids.
Bring to a simmer and add kratom. Let the water simmer for about 20 minutes and then remove the saucepan. And at last, grab your finest tea mug and enjoy.

Tinctures
